Most have written Michael DalColle off as a miss. Hold da phone! The young man is finally feeling his oats at The Bridge. Up to now the Prof Game has appeared too fast for him. He's now engaged in activity and as a result displaying his qualities as a playmaker and scorer.
Slowly but surely Josh Ho Sang is 'getting it'. He is now skating with a purpose and picking his spots rather than abusing his speed with wreckless entry into the neutral and offensive zones thus causing defensive havoc. Last night he set up his mates with 4 helpers. Like Matt Barzal I'd like to see him shoot abit more.
it would be encouraging to see Keiffer Bellows pick it up some. He's still trying to get up to speed in his first season in the Prof ranks. Perhaps last nights 2 goals will prove to be a breakthrough.
Keep an eye on D Men Devon Toews and Parker Wotherspoon. Either or both might make Nick Leddy expendable down the line in the not too distant future.
