Game Observations 1) This team doesn't give up. 2) They're getting contributions from everyone.3) Shesterkin shook the rust off after the first period. Kakko not so much. |

4th line finally makes an important difference offensively. Glad we beat them in regulation. Devils had mucho lucky bounces tonight. I would've been really pissed if they won this. Rangers shake off the loss after a long break streak.

Nothing better than beating the swamprats on their home ice in front of their idiot fans. Was great getting Igor back in net, he was a little shaky in the first period but he got his mojo back quickly. Trouba was a battering ram all game long. Vesey had a monster game with 2 goals, his game-winner was a beauty. Trocheck had another really good game. Breadman with another 2 goals. Laffy didn't have a good game. He missed a wide-open net on a beautiful feed from Breadman and he had a bad giveaway later on. I really wish like hell that Kakko would start getting some points. His scoring drought is getting ridiculous.

What’s up with Mika , usually don’t worry about him to much cause he’s kinda streaky , but 2 goals in 15 games and being on the PP isn’t like him

Rangers shake off the loss after a long break streak. Most definitely. I've been saying it for a long time, having a good 4th line is extremely important, especially in the playoffs. When you have that kind of balance in the lineup and getting contributions from everyone, that is a huge advantage. |

1. KK can't make a play right now. There was a 3 on 2 break with him leading the charge on the right side. Tried a weak backhand flip pass that was easily picked off. That play signaled to me he has lost any mojo he has left. Come on kid, keep working. 2. Mika is still pressing. 3. Jones made some sweet passes out there last night. He's stringing some good games together.
4. Trocheck has been so good, I can't see Chytil back on the second line. Lavi wants to see KK contributing more. Chytil might be the center KK needs?

Kakko's confidence level must be at zero right now. Mika is definitely pressing and missing the net quite a bit. I am impressed with how Jones is playing. Vinnie is player really well. |

On the PP, most teams are keying on him so he can't shoot his one timers. In return though, that has given Panarin many more opportunities on the PP |

I'm about over Kakko. He is my new whipping boy and I wouldn't mind if he gets traded. He is now in his 5th season and he has 45 goals and 55 assists in 245 games. How much longer do we have to wait??

Hate to make your  back by disagreeing with you, but going to say it anyhow. Wheeler is far from being one of the worst passers in hockey. The man has over 600 career assists. Yes, Wheeler has struggled to find his place, but let's not get carried away. |
