I was cussing out Wheeler on the same shift he scored the goal. Must have heard me. Finally, a shift from KK where he able to hang onto the puck down low and make a play. Bonino didn't score, but I hope KK remembers and we start seeing more from him.Trocheck is making a case for staying up on the second line when Chytil comes back. Who knows, maybe Chy will get KK going if he starts out on the third line. The fact that that shift from Kakko stood out shows just how unimpressive his play has been so far this season. We're searching with a fine toothed comb for anything positive from him. True.
Conversely, look at how Will Cuylle has asserted himself on this team. He's been confident, aggressive and effective in a very short period of time here.
KK can be better. Much better. How much more patient should management be? Hhmmm...

Cuylle has been very impressive. I love his style of play and what he brings to the lineup. He's a big boy who uses his body as he should, he can skate, and has good hockey IQ, and his overall level of play has been encouraging. He belongs here and he's proving it.

We're searching with a fine toothed comb for anything positive from him. Yea, you're right.
