Imagine if Hank had physical defenseman in front of him who made sure he and the crease were always protected. His stats would be even better, I believe...and they may have even won a Cup.
But it's all water under the bridge now.
Tonight should be fun. It's nice to see that this was scheduled when Zucc is here.

Was Zucc involved in any of it or was he in the locker room with the Wild?

I was in the building and it was an incredible scene…I could not afford tickets to the game but my wife and I went to the viewing party and it was a blast. MSG really went above and beyond to transform the Hulu theater into a henrik museum for one night. There were about 5,6 thousand of us and during the intermissions we were treated to a podium of messier, leetch and graves and then the King came out and spoke to us. It was a fitting end of a career for my all time favorite athlete, a guy whose career I watched from start to finish and whose highs and lows I lived through. I feel like I have closure on that chapter of Ranger history now. Also, got to meet Dan Girardi. Super nice dude and I’m embarrassed to say I got star struck and didn’t know what to say,

Update: went to MSG Friday, tested positive for Covid Monday. My suspicion that rooting for this team will be the death of me is proving itself out.
