Those Scumbags in Philly Tanked the game against Washington, to make sure Giants don't get in the playoffs. It was as plain as day. First they don't kick a easy chip shot field goal to tie game, instead they run a play on 4th down and get nothing. And then in 4th quarter in a very close game they decide to take their QB out and replace him with a Fucking No Body QB. That hasn't played all season, and he comes out wearing fucking gloves.
Giants need to put this on their bulletin board and leave it there all season long next season.
I Fuckem hate all teams from Philadelphia.

Tony! Although the Giants were the collateral damage of the Eagles lack of integrity I don't think screwing their chances to enter the playoffs was their motivation in the 4th quarter. They evidently tanked(inserting Nate Sudfeld) but in my opinion it was to move up from the 9th to 6th slot in next April's draft. That is a significant difference in draft capital. Players such as Alabama's WR DaVonte Smith or BYU's QB Zach Wilson could be available at #6 but not at 9.

They needed to just win,one more game, so that's on them. But Eagles, as an organization, showed no class, at all on national TV. But I will add what the Giant Head Coach said, and I couldn't agree more, but my words wouldn't be so nice. Joe Judge talking about using that useless QB said: "To disrespect the effort that everyone put forward to make this season a success for the NFL, to disrespect the game by not going out there and competing for 60 minutes and doing everything you can to help those players win,” Judge said, “we will never do that as long as I'm the head coach of the New York Giants.” |

I'm in agreement with everything Judge said and his frustration is warranted. To quote former Jets coach Herm Edwards:"you play the game to win"! That said I don't think the Eagles gave a hoot about the Giants chances one way or the other. Nate Sudfeld gave the Eagles the best chance to clinch the 6th pick in the draft. In my opinion that was the Organization's motivation and goal. To reiterate,there can be a significant difference between the 6th and 9th pick in the 1st round of a draft.
You're spot on regarding the Giants fortunes Tony. They had nobody to blame other then themselves for surrendering control of the top spot in the East.
