I was just thinking today, and I am sure some can, say the same think.
But this can and probably will be the first time in my young and adult life that this summer, I won't be out there playing baseball or softball and swinging a bat. 😢
I play in the LI senior 60 and over Softball league, and as of now, the parks are closed to any team,sports.

Baseball, in some form, has a chance to be played this year. Hockey? I doubt it.

That's true Bob, but out here on Long Island, I doubt they will allow about 20 teams of about 16 players on each team, of Seniors allowed to get all together in the parks to play softball. Not this summer? It's really crazy. Yesterday I watched on Yes NETWORk, Yankee Classics, game 5 of the 2000 World series Yankees and Mets. Always love watching the Yanks kick their ass. |
