Devener got Judy and Jerry Jones got Lamb, but Grueden shook it up with the speed guy Rugs. You know what I liked the most last night was all the family's that broke the stay at home orders. Alot of agents were their with the players.Alot of friends and ho's were there. NFL said six or less.Burrows showed he's smart, just mom and pop. Hope we get a receiver tonight.

I assume you're referring to Van Jefferson. He is as good a route runner as there is in the draft and stood out in the Senior Bowl. Had he not hurt himself, ran and displayed an impressive '40' he might have moved up in rating considerably. Good size but reportedly doesn't do much after the catch which is okay if he's beyond the 1st down marker.
Keep an eye on the 3rd round. His dad is on the Jets staff! Sadly, we might not see these kids on the field until they turn 23 (Beckton) and 26 (Jefferson). We gotta do what we gotta do to outlive this fuck'n bug. If it means hibernating until its safe out there so be it! I suggest we turn our allegiance to the 'team' of scientists for the time being. At the end of the day they will have determined the Jets and our future.
Remain vigilant and stay well Supe!

Thanks Lucky I'm bored as hell as I live alone,so no going out to talk to the guys at the gym well messing with Fish fans is missing. But for the first time in decades I gotta say this has been enjoyable to watch.I mean trading down when Mims was there to only get him later...that's bold. And to think we traded in season with NE.for a receiver and with the Giants and swapped picks for more choices today. Joe Douglas gives me alot of hope. Too bad Gase is still here. I really like the Aston Davis kid from Cal what a great story. Will be pulling for him all camp. Can't wait to see what he picks today. Enjoy

I'm quite surprised Mims and Bryce Hall(Bishop McDevitt--Harrisburg grad)slid to us. Both are 1st and 2nd round talents respectively. I also am intrigued with the Ashtyn Davis pick He may be a defensive 'swiss army' knife able to patrol CF and perhaps play a corner as well as become a weapon returning kick offs. Its most unusual for a Punter to be drafted unless he's special Such may be the case with Braden Mann.
UPDATE: The Jets just traded their 2nd 6th rounder. In return they get Colts CB Quincy Wilson. The 2017 2nd round pick was seemingly buried on their depth chart though he understandably struggled with his limited playing time. At age 23 he becomes an interesting acquisition. I love his 6'2" 193 size.
The is alot to like with the way Joe Douglas handled this draft. So they added 10 players over the past three days. All had value and were positional needs, accomplished without Douglas reaching. Unless Joe trades into the 7th round its onto the undrafted free agent phase.

All his moves impressed the heck out of me. Being a pretty good punter in High School I really like them getting the best one in the country. We have stunk for 10 yrs in playing field postion. The trade down then the trade with the Colts. The man schooled McCagnan and Idzik on how to run a draft. I feel very good about the team. But the Bill's and Fish also had good drafts. So did the Giants.

It appears Douglas pro-acted and got a jump on undrafted free agency. Add CB's Lamar Jackson and Javelin Guidry to the mix for starters. The former is a 6'2" 200 pounder who was expected to go as early as round 5. The latter is a 5'9" 195 lb fire hydrant who ran a 4.29 40 at the combine. He's a tough as nails kid who appears to play bigger than his size.
UPDATE: Add 7 more!!!! WR George Campbell-West Va-----------6'4" 202 Former 5 star recruit WR Lawrence Cager - Georgia-----------6'5" 220 Ga's best Receiver DB Shyheim Carter - Alabama----------6'0" 191 4.3 40 DT Sterling Johnson- Coastal Carolina--6'4" 285 Best suited for NT DT Dom Davis - UNC-Pembroke----6'3" 315 1st ever to sign an NFL contract from this school OT Jared Hilbers - Washington-------6'7" 316 Natural athlete. Not overwhelming but solid LB Bryce Huff - Memphis----------6'3" 255 Quickness--potential Edge rusher. Explosive but undersized. All AAC 2nd team as junior 9.5 sacks!
If anything else,I love Douglas' obvious concentration on size!!!! Huff may be the exception but he appears to be a special athlete.

You can't be serious about liking the social gathering of families unless they chose to stay together immediately after learning of the pandemic outbreak(JEEZ! I hope they did). Are you sure the agents weren't split screened from the families? If they ignored the Doc's and Scientists, chose to be ignorant and failed to stop social gathering immediately, they're all potential homes for the Virus. Lives are at stake globally. This ain't sci fi. Its real bud! Economies can be resurrected and re-constructed(See FDR)! Corpses cannot!!! For safety purposes,we all owe it to our Human living brothers and sisters as well as ourselves! Until testing is perfected and we can trace this bug, or a drug/vaccine is available to destroy it,other than taking care of essentials , I'm not goi'n anywhere and keeping my distance from friends, neighbors and relatives. I suggest you do the same. We can adjust to dire circumstances. For as long as it takes, remain patient and stay well!!!

All in all I like all the UFA they got.Alot of receivers, slot of speed. All seem to be 6-2,or better. But the NFL just killed us with that schedule, 2nd highest win rate.Cheeze and crackers, what did the Jets do to deserve this. Back to back games with a bye in between with the Fish.Who we never beat anymore in Miami.
Vegas set the over under at 6.5 for both us and Giants. Gase is going to have to step up his game big time. Can't rely on Greg William's to bail us out again. We got both SB teams, and 3 west coast trips. Going to be a tough season for 3rd yr Sam.Wish him a healthy year.

Though I think Douglas may have upgraded the WR core somewhat I'd like to see another weapon added. Perhaps a Vyncent Smith or Lawrence Cager can surprise. The key to the Offense however is an OL dominating the LOS a better percentage of time, keeping Sam off his ass and opening some space for L'veon. I see where 28 year old pro bowl Guard Larry Warford was a Cap casualty. Despite the additions why not continue to upgrade with a player in his prime? The Defense should be competitive and the tough test presented by the schedule will either make or break this group. Sometimes a soft schedule reveals a paper tiger at the end of the day.
All this being said the 2020 season is highly in doubt with a 2nd wave of Covid a certainty in the fall. The best way to dodge bullets is to stay away from them.
Remain patient and stay safe. LIFE FIRST!!!!
