George Fant.Are you kidding me!
I guess no one wants to come to this clown show of a team, except busts who can get retirement money. A college basketball player that failed at TE. Hardly played at Seattle. It better get better.

I got to give Douglas a chance but with the Bill's and Dolphins making moves and Brady leaving we are falling behind our competition. I feel Gase has a bad rep and the free agent linemen have all spurned us. Why haven't we cut Johnson yet? Don't tell me they are thinking of keeping this bum.

You would think in light of Brady leaving and how dominant the Pat's have been that every team in the AFC east would be all in on this off season.

Miami and Buffalo have improved already. Dolphins have a boatload of picks. Douglas is doing what we thought and is starting with the O -line. He's resigned a couple of guys too. Poole is back. I'd like to see Anderson get his money and we pick up any of the wideouts that will be available to us. But the power structure in our Division has changed. Strke now when the iron is hot.

So we have signed 5 OL so far. Joe Douglas has done what he said. Size and speed improvement.Didnt break the bank like McCagnan did. Now we can grab any of the top Wideouts with # 11 pick. Or trade down for more picks in red 2 or 3.

JD just addressed another weak spot.
Pierre Desir cornerback from the Colts. Best guy left on the market.Highly underrated player. Like this pickup.

So Joe's plan is discipline.
I think he is going for another OL pick with # 11.
Personally I want one of the 3 top wide outs.
But I got no control over it.
In Douglas I trust....for now.

Most times signing quantity over quality kicks you in the rear. Hopefully Joe didn't simply apply the spaghetti (throw a couple of pounds against the wall and hope some stick) theory here. Adding Denver's Connor McGovern,Brashad Perriman Greg Von Roten and the Colts Desir are solid moves. Bringing back Poole,Lewis,Jenkins and Hewitt cheaply was smart also. Fant is a wild card. If Douglas and the staff can complement the O Lineman's athletic ability with football nuance we may have a huge win here.
Though there promises to be some mighty tempting OL'men available in the 11 spot on draft day, with the can't miss consensus stamp on WR's Jeudy or Cee Dee possibly sitting out there ya gotta get me one of 'em!!

I agree with you.He gave out 1 year deals. So next year if you stunk see ya. I see him taking more OL in the draft. At 11 and then again in the third round. They say their are around 30 as in this draft. So I'm sure we will bring in at least two. We have 2 speed guys already on the team Symth 4.3 and I'm not sure of his name I think Beesbo another burner,Then Perrimen ,we got burners and all we need is Gates to use them. Which is still a sore point. But I'm hearing JD is eyeing 2021 FA crop That's the rebuild plan.So far I like what he's done. In 2 weeks or so we will really get to see what he's building. I'm excited.

Actually Supe, you're not agreeing with me. I'm in the exceptional WR fan club at #11. Speed kills only if its utilized to its fullest on the football field. Both Jeudy and Cee Dee Lamb unlike the other 28 candidates combine separation speed with reliable hands and sharply defined routes. Evidently those two make plays when needed most. That is why scouts separate them from the rest of the field. Ruggs may be a closer third due to his 4.27 40,but he is rated third nonetheless. Sam needs a clear difference maker.
All this being said,if Douglas wants one of the OT's now he's the top dog not yours truly.
More importantly how ya doin in your lock in chambers? Stay the course and be safe!
