This was not done in secret, where only a few knew about it, this was a complete team effort to break the laws and cheat by everyone on the team, to steal a World Series, and every single one of them need to be fined and made accountable. And how should that be done. Their world series titles should be taken away from them.
And any extra money received for winning should all be paid back in full.
MLB needs to make examples of everyone of them. Look what they did to Pete Rose. Why should these players get away without penalties.
What happen here is as bad as the White Sox and 8 men out.
They should not be allowed to wear a World Series Championship Hat or Patch.
And they should be booed, every where they play. A bunch of low life SCUM Bags Everyone of them.
They stole a World Series from, the NY Yankees and laughed about it, all the way to the bank.
And MLB is letting the players walk away free.

Um, worse.
Shoeless Joe Jackson batted .375 in that series. Strange way to throw the games!

True Bob, but unlike the Astros players they were all made accountable, when Judge Landis permanently banned all eight men from professional baseball.

Not accusing the Yankees of doing anything wrong, just curious your thoughts with the new report from the Athletic that came out today, which says Beltran was the one leading the way in Houston. I should add, I'm asking this because there are people on Twitter (fans, not reporters with facts) that are now questioning when did Beltran really start these methods. Here's more on that Athletic report from SI: www.si.com/mlb/2020/02/11/carlos-beltran-astros-sign-stealing-scandal-role

Yankees have far more on the Line then any team in sports and They would never do such a thing. There are a lot of people who would love nothing more then to taint the Yankee legacy and the Yankees would never get away with it, especially for 3 years like the Assbros did. Also, If the Yankees were doing it they were not very good then because Houston and Boston won World Series and the Yankees lost to both of them. It never fails when others get caught doing shit they always got to drag the Yankees into it!

Yankees are only getting "dragged" into it because the player who led the charge, spent 3 years with them before heading to the Astros. It's more than fair to question was he doing something before 2017, rather than just waking up as a 40 year old player and coming up with this scheme. He did say Houston was behind the times.
Again, I'm not accusing the Yankees of doing ANYTHING wrong, was just asking the Yankees fans their reaction to the new details. It's certainly worth mentioning.

It's a shame Cole will be faced with questions tomorrow when he enters his first Yankees camp on this, rather than it being all about his new deal and 2020.

Well if we are going to drag past teams into it then I would say Beltran was a Cheat his whole career and he was a Met for 9 years. So if we are going to go down that road then we need to cover the whole road. Same goes for all the other people implicated. As I said, The Yankees are like the Donald Trump of Baseball. Everyone on the Planet wants to take them down and if the chance ever arose it would be jumped on quicker then quick. At this stage of the game if there ever was anything they were doing wrong it would have already come to the surface. They have plenty of former players that would have easily jumped on the opportunity to throw them under the bus to make a buck. Whoever would break that news would make a fortune. The Yankees are not Cheaters, They are the Model that all franchises should follow if they want to win. It takes money to win and how do you make that money ? You win!

C'mon shuffle, don't be a little 2 faced on this, you are only saying this because you are a Met Fan, and heard it on WFAN aka WMET. Don't insult us Yankee fans intelligence. 😠

You can throw the Mets, SF, St Louis into it - whoever else he played for. Question them all.
There very well not have been any cheating while Beltran was in the Bronx. But it’s very reasonable to ask if he took part in any other cheating prior to 2017 at some point in his career, now that his role in the scandal has been revealed to be the driving force. Which was my point, not to say that the Yankees are cheaters.

lol...
How am I hating on the Yankees exactly? By Saying I don't believe Beltran first started cheating in 2017? Or is it by saying I'm not accusing the Yankees of anything?
