It’s sad to see how Eli era ended. For years, they mismanaged this team and didn’t put the right pieces around Eli(Offensive line). They finally have half descent line and then the WR all go down…
I am stunned that they started Jones(I think he is going to be good) era so early, I would have thought they would have given Eli until all the WR are back and give Eli a real chance to show what he has left.
I am so disappointed in John Mara, he is clueless on how to run a team. He is no Wellington Mara!!!!

If you going to bench him after 2 games with no WRs.. Why bring him back.. He could have gone to another team during off season.. The right thing to do is trade Eli to Steelers or Saints..

I think the time was coming for the Eli era to end, and I am happy to see Jones get his time to take over.
That said, I never expected it to go this way.,
This great franchise has turned into a joke.
They are using Eli as a scape goat for the incompetence of the owner, the GM, and the head coach. The defense sucks, there is no pass rush, the secondary is brutal. The only plus on the offense has been Barkley, and they have done nothing to build around this great player.
And they made a big mistake in getting rid of OBJ. The head coach was at fault of OBJ, HE is no Bill Parcells. Its the head coach job to make him accountable on the field of play. He did nothing.

Well Daniel Jones gets his chance. It was time for a change, I am not expecting Miricles. But it seems the team has alot of respect for this kid. 2 great practice by him. Barkley is pumped. So we got 2 young players leading the offense.
Looking forward to the Bucs game Sunday, but again, not expecting Miricles.

Jones was very impressive, aside from the fact that he needs to learn to protect the ball when he's being pressured. I'm very happy he played well, but let's be completely honest here the Giants should have lost that game. Our defensive secondary is dogshit, especially Janoris Jenkins. If Tampa's kicker didn't suck, we'd be 0-3. |

But give Jones the credit he deserves RR.
23 OF 36 for 336 yards, 2 TD passes, 2 TD's running, no interceptions. And all you can say is he was ok, but he lost 2 fumbles? And he played without Barkley and linebacker Ogletree
Do you still stand by what you said when he got drafted, and I was really happy about it. And your answer to me was:
"Are you serious, Tony?? This pick is by far the biggest laughingstock of the NFL draft"

Once I calmed down, I realized that we should just give the kid and chance and hope the scouts knew what they were doing when the picked him. So far, so good. And yes, i am giving him full credit for yesterday. He did everything he could possibly do to give the Giants the win, and as you said the defense did everything they could to lose it. |

I didn't post your original reply to me after the draft to stick it to you or say you were wrong. You are a good man RR. You are a man of his word. I am proud to call you a friend. Now back to our Giants and Daniel Jones. That win was a big confidence Builder for the young QB. What I really like about this guy is the way he takes charge and is very vocal on the side lines talking to his team, and patting them on the shoulder. Something Eli did not have in is personality, like his brother Payton had. I always felt that was missing from him. But Eli is a class guy. He is really going to help this kid develop. But its only one game and a long season. There is alot of work to be done on D. Barkley out 6 to 8 weeks is tough. LETS GO BIG BLUE |

It was amazing to watch what the SF Giants and Bruce Bochy did for the final send off to Madison Bumgarner… It was class act and something the NY Giants need to learn.. from the Owner to coach to GM…
It’s a disagree that NY Giants did to Eli…
Here the list of 2 or more time a player won super Bowl MVP..
Tom Brady, Joe Montana, ELI MANNING, Bart Starr, Terry Bradshaw…. That’s all Folks….

I have never seen a Giant D as bad as this secondary that leaves receivers so wide open, with no one near them. And last night in Philadelphia, who the Fuck was the announcer telling us every 2 fucking minutes that the Eagles need to win out and will clinch the division. He must of told us that after and before every Fucking Play. And when the game was over after the Eagles scored in OT to win the game. He says Just a reminder the Egales need to win out and will clinch the Division. |
